Conference Hotel

CACS 2010 will be held in the Paramount Hotel, located near the east coast of Singapore. Please refer to the following rates and procedure provided by the hotel to make your reservation directly with the hotel as soon as possible, since the guest room availability is on a first-come-first-serve basis and hotel rooms can be tight in December in Singapore.

* Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, and prevailing government taxes.

Please note:

1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in/Check-out time is 14.00hrs/12.00 noon on the day of arrival and departure. We will make every effort to accommodate guests arriving prior to12.00 noon.. Please note that rooms occupied until 18.00 hours will be charged at 50% of the room rate and full rate will apply check-out beyond 18.00 hours.

2. CUT OFF PERIOD

The cut off period for room reservation will be 15 Nov 2010. The remainingrooms after this date will be released automatically. Any new bookings coming in after this will be subject to room type availability.

3. GUARANTEE OF ROOM RESERVATION

We require all room reservations to be guaranteed by credit card which is needed to provide with full details. Please note that reservations which are not guaranteed will not be confirmed.

5. DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

The one night deposit non-refundable will be forfeited for any cancellation or postponement of reservation before the days of arrivial.

In the event of no show the hotel will impose a one night ‘NO SHOW CHARGE’ for any last minute cancellation which is on the day of arrival.
