Refund Policies

• 80% of registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made in writing and received by 23 February 2011.
• No refunds for cancellations will be made after 23 February 2011.

The organizer shall not be liable at the conference city or elsewhere to the registered participants in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated.

More details on registration will be included in the review notification emails after the review process and registration will start at that time.
