Final Paper Submissions

Please format your paper correctly according to the following (take a close look at the Sample Paper PDF file before using the templates):

Please note that a registration fee covers a paper of maximum 6 pages in Springer style, including all figures, tables, and references. 5 extra pages are allowed at an extra page charge of US$80 per page.

Please also download, complete, sign, and scan the Consent to Publish by Springer.

Compress (zip, rar) all the following: (1) pdf file (you don't need to use IEEE PDF eXpress), (2) source files (Word or Latex), (3) Consent to Publish form.

Initial Submissions for Peer Review

All submitted papers should be written in good English and will be peer reviewed based on their technical merit, relevance to the conference, and presentation. Papers submitted should be original work, not previously published in a copy-righted conference/journal or to be submitted elsewhere for consideration for publication during the review process of this conference. There are no page limits for papers submitted for review; however, for accepted papers, please refer to the page limit and extra page charges in the Registration page.

Please use either the Latex or Microsoft Word template to format your paper (a PDF file of the templates shows the format).
