IRAST is in the process of establishing Regional Sections / Chapters in various geographical regions or countries. A Section may be composed of one or more Chapters and a Chapter is a regional group on a particular research topic. The purpose of a Regional Section / Chapter may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: liaising with existing IRAST members, recruiting new IRAST members, organizing technical seminars / tutorials / workshops / conferences, and holding social gatherings. If you wish to propose and chair a Regional Section or Chapter in your geographical region or country, please email your CV and proposal to info @ irast.org (remove spaces around @ in this email address).  If an IRAST Section or Chapter already exists in your region, you are most welcome to contact the Chair, join IRAST, and take part on the activities organized by IRAST and its Section / Chapter.
